Jana helps leaders and managers find their own path to more effective leadership and better communication. With many years of experience in managerial and executive roles in multinational companies (including Big4), she understands the demands, pressures, and dynamics of the business environment. She combines this experience with knowledge of psychology and coaching techniques to help clients not only achieve results but also gain greater confidence and balance in both their professional and personal lives.
As a coach, she believes in concrete steps and practical solutions, not just theoretical concepts. When necessary, she is not afraid to offer her perspective or advice, but always with respect for each client’s uniqueness. Her goal is not only to elevate managers to a higher level but also to help them lead in a way that enables their teams to function effectively, with trust and joy in their work.
She graduated in psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy at Charles University and then spent several years in managerial roles within multinational companies. She learned coaching from true masters – Sir John Whitmore (Emotional Leadership, Inner Game), Timothy Gallwey (Inner Game of Work, Inner Game of Stress), and Marilyn Atkinson, The Art and Science of Coaching at the Canadian Erickson College. She studied Non-Violent Communication in the UK. She has also completed Team Coaching, “Signature Presence” with John Leary Joyce, and Coaching Creating Client Value.
She has been professionally coaching since 2007, with over 2000 coaching hours, and coaches in both Czech and English.
