Petr graduated in natural sciences at Palacký University in Olomouc. He gained professional experience in multinational companies in sales and management positions, where he delved deeper into the functioning of markets, organizations, and team dynamics. However, he was increasingly drawn to education and people development – since 2010, he has been leading courses and lectures in change management, leadership, and sales skills.
Currently, he is developing his own business in modern healthcare technologies and also works in consulting and training. His latest passion is a modern approach to sales based on customer psychology and behavioral sciences. He is fascinated by how properly set communication and understanding human decision-making can significantly influence business outcomes. In his courses, he connects theory with practice and teaches how to use these insights to work more effectively with clients, manage change, and lead teams.
He is constantly fascinated by how thinking alone can help see beneath the surface of things and uncover mysteries and secrets in everyday matters. All it takes is curiosity, imagination, and a bit of critical thinking. One of his greatest joys is awakening the passion of a seeker in others – helping people see connections that might otherwise remain hidden and opening new perspectives for them.
