Under the guidance of coaches Jana Byczkowska and Dušan Šemrinec, we achieved a historic shift in engagement and collaboration over the past year.
Through our internal Engagement Survey (AES), we successfully increased satisfaction, engagement, and meritocracy in our team by 24–34% year-over-year.
