Pavel has worked as a trainer and coach since 2009. He currently serves as an independent consultant and also devotes his professional life to management of the sales team at Glim Care, involved in a unique combination of theory and practice. You will mainly be impressed by Pavel’s ability to mentor and train sales teams; he manages in a convincing manner to pass on all of the skills that he uses when managing his own team.
